The Doctors of Physical Therapy at Spine and Orthopedic Solutions have extensive post-doctoral diplomate and credentialing training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). This enables them to have two of 34 certified clinics in the USA and the only certified MDT clinics in Fairfax or Loudoun County! Spine and Orthopedic Solutions is among a handful of clinics worldwide to be certified by the McKenzie Institute International, renowned for its successful spine and extremity care. Beyond the MDT foundation of the clinics, Spine and Orthopedic Solutions have knowledge, training, and advanced skills that include: Maitland's manual therapy and treatment concept, deep dry needling, women's health, LSVT Big for Parkinson's Disease care, and more. This broadens the scope of their abilities to sports rehabilitation, balance disorders, connective tissue disorders including Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia (POTS), and more.
