After 10 years of extensive training and working in london and abroad, Lara has established her own pilates studio (Spiral Pilates ®). The studio is a unique space that offers a variety of class formats. From one-on-one to group classes combining mat-work, gyrotonics, ante-natal personalized training, and yoga-pilates fusion. Lara first trained at the pilates foundation uk and then trained in the authentic pilates method in New York and Los angeles. Lara is a qualified gyrotonic trainer;in 2006 Lara started training Sting and went on the police tour 2007/08. She continues to train him to this day. Lara wants to make pilates on equipment more accessible to people in a group class format, trainees can experience the authentic pilates method on the Gratz tower units in a dynamic, cardiovascular and fun workout.
