About Spirit Of London Awards
The Spirit of London Awards is the largest youth awards ceremony in the United Kingdom. SOLA has been proudly supported by her majesty's government for 3 consecutive years spanning both Brown and Cameron administrations. SOLA exists to celebrate talented, high-achieving and positive young people across London. In recognising their achievements we hope to spread their inspirational stories to young people throughout the nation. The Spirit of London Awards (SOLA) have been created as a fusion of all the great celebrity award shows such as the BRITS and MOBO with the one big difference being - The stars of the show are the unsung young heroes of our local communities and the celebrities are there to applaud and pay homage to them. Founded in 2008 the awards have taken place at the Alexandra Palace 2009, Indigo 02 2010 and Royal Albert Hall 2011 and the O2 Arena in 2012!
