Her mother, who achieved a BSN degree, and her father, a Doctorate Scholar and a Professor of Linguistics at MIOIS, WWU, PLU both contributed to Anita's education. A testimonial to the strict tutoring by her father, at the age of 14 Anita graduated with honors from a highly respected Christian High School home school program. Through her family's personal experience in real estate acquisitions, Anita started her professional career in Real Estate acquisitions as a teenager. In 1999 she purchased her first property relieving the homeowner from bank foreclosure as well as gifting them back a portion of the resell profits. Throughout her purchases that followed Anita employed skilled homebuilders who had become homeless due to loss of income. She personally helped each of them transition from being homeless to being gainfully employed and restarting their lives. Throughout her 10 years of combining her profitable and thriving business with her community service Anita has demonstrated an unwavering character and a track record of success. An astute visionary and businesswoman, Anita founded The Spirit Of Mercy Foundation to fulfill her vision of bringing hope and help to the last, the least and the lost and those who have fallen into misfortune. The mission of The Spirit Of Mercy Foundation is to stop, prevent and cure homelessness, poverty and hunger one person at a time. Aside from her busy professional career Anita continues to give back to her community by supporting homeless shelters and working with people in need as the Director of The Spirit of Mercy Foundation. Her character and personal life experience has helped her to become the caring humanitarian and devout Christian that she is today.
