Since 2004 Spirit of Toronto is where kindred spirits gather to celebrate the craft and heritage of whisky and fine spirits, as we transform the iconic surrounds of Roy Thomson Hall into a gala of taste, discovery and conviviality. Within this space we curate a selection of 100 plus whiskies and premium spirits, cocktails, tutored tastings, live jazz, a whisky-infused menu, and the opportunity to taste and learn with industry professionals. It has made Spirit of Toronto an institution, where we invite likeminded connoisseurs to indulge in a showcase of limited editions, distillery exclusives and rare collectibles, many of which are seldom – if ever – opened for public tasting.
