Split Building is an award-winning builder in the Blue Mountains NSW. Specialising in high-performance homes, we strive to design and build the most energy-efficient homes in the world. These unique homes look and feel different. They're custom-designed homes by our in-house architect or building designer. We work closely with our gun design team, or yours, to ensure all of your needs are met now and into the future. For the most part, a home is the single most expensive thing you'll pay for in your life. We don't take that lightly. We believe building your home can be one of the most rewarding and exciting projects you'll ever do. Because we don't build for everyone we have a relationship with our clients, even well after we've finished building. First, we'll see if we're a good fit for each other. Building your home can be a 1-2 year partnership so we have to be on the same page as one another. We love proactive clients who help us to build your dream home. We have to listen, trust and respect one another and communicate well together. Our ideal clients are engaged and excited by the building journey and experience because we love to build incredible homes that you love and make a big positive impact to the world. Net-zero carbon emissions from building and running a home is our goal. That means you'll have little or no heating or cooling you'll need throughout the year to warm or cool your home.
