Sport Training implies the use of training techniques tailored to experiment the competences on the field. Practically, on the basis that “you learn through experimentation”,managers have the chance to experience the team line-up know-how of a coach through a basketball match and under the guidance of expert and “performed” trainers. Afterwards, a manager will be helped to transfer what he has learnt to his company through the so-called debriefing, that is the analysis of the experimentations carried out on the field. In this way, we are witnessing the passage from concrete experience to observation and analysis of emotional behaviours and lives, followed, at last, by the theoretic-applicative debriefing
