About Sports Foundation

Our MISSION is to support young kids in sport who sadly.. suffer the traumatic loss of having a mother or father pass away. Our VISION is to use sport as a vehicle to develop both girls and boys confidence, values and life skill development. HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS? Junior sports coaches can become more influential in a mentor role to these young players and it is here where we have identified an opportunity to support these young kiwi kids along with their team by providing resource's to their coaches to integrate skill with character, values and life skill development which will enhance their chances of winning the game of life. OUR VALUES: Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Fun. We will provide support in the following areas. LIFE SKILLS: specific mentors,coaching programs to develop confidence and leadership. FINANCIAL: financial support for those in need. HEALTH & WELLBEING: mental health, physical fitness and nutrition needs.
