Hello, we’re Spotless! Our adventure started with director, Ilona, who has lived in Cornwall for over 15 years. After completing her degree in Falmouth, she spent eight years working in the hospitality industry where she gained valuable experience across a range of departments, soon realising her true vocation was in housekeeping with a passion for interior design. Using her strong eye for detail and valuable experience in the industry, Spotless Cleaning was born with a vision of delivering a spotless standard of housekeeping, teamed with outstanding customer service to property owners throughout Cornwall. Ilona’s priority is to make a house a home, preserving the highest level of aesthetics, with functionality and comfort. She understands how hard it is for homeowners, who often live away from their property, to find someone they can trust to look after and care for their home and aims to provide this much needed service to the market with Spotless Cleaning. Very quickly, Ilona’s business gained the attention of holiday homeowners throughout Cornwall and as word spread, the business grew to the full-service property management agency it is proud to be today.
