Spotlight On Women is an initiative founded in 2010 to create platforms and opportunities to support women artists who perform for all women audiences. The flagship program over the years has been StageNight Open Mics for women and girls. Our events are based in and around Jerusalem, and serve women from all over Israel and abroad. Annie Orenstein, founder and producer, has created over 100 events and has met with hundreds of performing artists over the years from all walks of life. She has promoted them on different platforms both in media and in print. The three pillars of Spotlight On Women are Discover, Develop and Define.
