About Spotz
Spotz is a new marketplace that connects renters seeking space with hosts. With Spotz, almost any space can be rented and monetized, and we give hosts the tools they need to ensure the process is painless. How It Works Hosts are onboarded and provide details: Location, number of facilities, number of spaces, etc. Hosts then define how they want to rent: weekly, daily, half-day, or hourly. Photos of the facilities and spaces are uploaded, and prices are set by the host. Within 24 hours, the listing is live. Hosts can also choose add-ons, such as requiring renters to hire security. If renters have special requests, hosts can easily fulfill them via a work order. Spotz also gives hosts tools to manage custom groups and priority booking management. Renters can take advantage of a mobile-optimized interface with easy search by location, facility type, capacity, and more. Both parties can communicate on the Spotz platform. Once a booking is requested, the host approves, and payment is processed. With one button, renters can cancel, and hosts can issue refunds.
