Spreadds is a financial services consultant and advisory firm providing solar project developers and their financial institution lenders with the most up to date tools to assess the real property and systems risks of a proposed solar project, underwrite the credit capacity for all the potential obligors, identify and resolve title priority issues, maintain regulatory compliance, manage construction and fund disbursement risks and deliver a full suite of automated transaction documents for execution. Spreadds has developed these tools specifically to address the best practices for originating, underwriting and funding of solar investments deployed in Low to Moderate (LMI) communities. Spreadds mission is to expedite the development and funding of community based solar projects, especially in the LMI market segment, by providing these tools to financial institutions to assure that comprehensive and efficient processes are in place to evaluate, document and close transactions. Each of the contributing members of the SPREADDS team has over 30 years experience in the banking industry serving the credit needs of consumers and commercial business clients.
