We’re an organization founded in 2021 with a clear goal: supporting big ideas that can improve health equity. Home of Building Health Online Communities: https://bhocpartners.org/ We envision a world where public health fundamentally improves life for everyone. Our mission is to advance health equity by fostering bold ideas and launching high-impact solutions. Springboard HealthLab is an incubator for big ideas that aim to improve health equity across communities. We support projects that need a home, that need support to get off the ground or to grow, and then help them find a permanent home. We work with projects that are: - Designed to address health equity - Focusing on structural/systems change - Can find a new home, or are short-term - Have funding that is available or can be easily acquire - Amenable to incubation/support from Springboard Every project is unique and will benefit from a different set of support options. Your project might need a strong lift, or just some extra support. We offer a variety of support, including: - Being a thought partner - A “virtual” place to call home - Contracting and financial services - A package of services to help your idea grow that may include: needs assessment, business planning, project management or oversight, and/or strategic planning Our Values LEADERSHIP.
