So what is Springboard2Business? A not for profit organisation created to provide the next generation of entrepreneurs with advice, information and support on how to start and run a successful business. Why is this important? Mainstream education supports the next generation with advice on careers, jobs and further education. The apprenticeship scheme also helps close the gap between the business world and the education sector - there is VERY LITTLE in education about starting your own business! So what makes you different from other business advisors? Simply put, we feel there are 3 main pillars to starting a business. Money, Marketing & Management. Most business advisors will have experience in Marketing and Management, but not with Money. I am a fully qualified Financial Advisor with 20+ years experience working in finance, running a wealth management company and building a company from scratch to a multi million pound value, all within 10 years. We are different because we can cover the importance of money management with the finance qualifications to back it up. I have also sold and brought businesses, mentored dozens of financial advisors and won several business awards both locally and nationally for the work I've done. We are not for profit. So unlike other business owners, we are in it to support you, not our own pockets. Who do we want to help? Those wishing to start a new business, or have started out already. Maybe those who have hit a "business rut" and don't know where to turn to. Mainly those leaving education, but this will help new start up companies in Sussex also. How do you help new businesses? Our website covers our topics which we call "The 3 M's". We offer talks, lecturers, seminars, workshops, bootcamps, mentorships & mastermind groups to schools, colleges, universities, mature students and new start up companies which aim to support both the Gatsby and Impact models
