Springbrook Behavioral Hospital is a 66-bed inpatient mental health facility located in Hernando County, approximately 40 miles North of Tampa and 60 miles West of Orlando. We offer 24-hour psychiatric services provided by licensed professionals in various disciplines. Our hospital offers a variety of programs that can be tailored to patient needs, including an older adult program, dual diagnosis treatment, and general psychiatric care. Springbrook Behavioral Hospital strives to strengthen family communications, enhance self-confidence, and help patients and families cope with psychiatric illnesses. We are confident that once a concern is addressed with us, we can satisfy and resolve any issue. Springbrook Behavioral Hospital is the only hospital in the county that is a designated Baker Act-receiving facility. Our mission is to improve the health and well being of individuals, families, and communities impacted by mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and other related social problems. Our continuum of care is cost-efficient, culturally competent, and comprehensive. We work with patients at each phase of recovery to help them achieve long-term success and happiness.
