SpringRock provides independent advisory services and venture capital to SME’s and start-up’s in the UK. As entrepreneurs, the founders have experienced first-hand the frustrations of growing and funding businesses, with a range of positive and negative outcomes. We are expertly positioned to work with management teams faced with the challenges of navigating the transition from start-up to a mature business. We often get involved in periods of distress, or when more traditional funding avenues have been exhausted. We are unconstrained by a traditional investment mandate and we approach each situation completely independently, with the only stipulation being that we are aligned with all stakeholders for the long-term. We are supported by a wide-range of external co-investors, including SME funds, institutions, family offices, HNW’s and debt providers. We appreciate the road to entrepreneurial success can be lonely at times and we seek to act as ‘Trusted Adviser’ to our client’s, being on hand to provide support, challenging conventional thinking and ultimately working in partnership to achieve a better outcome.
