Student and professional accommodation in Leeds With over 35 years experience of letting student accommodation in Leeds, Springwell have a superb range of quality student houses and student flats and apartments, and specialise in providing landlords with a hassle free, all encompassing service from letting the properties through to managing the tenancies and ensuring that all legal requirements are met. We have two offices in Leeds. Our Hyde Park office which is in between the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University and opposite the Leeds Arts University specialises in student accommodation in the Hyde Park, Woodhouse and around the universities. Our Headingley office is on North Lane in the centre of Headingley and specialises in student accommodation in Headingley – perfect for students based at the Leeds Beckett campus, as well as students who enjoy the buzz of Headingley. At Springwell, we won't take on any property we are offered - unlike many letting agents in Leeds, we don't have thousands of properties on our books, and don't have our own huge portfolio to look after first. We hand pick all our student and professional properties, ensure that they meet our exacting standards, and then once we take them on, we manage them ourselves to ensure that our tenants enjoy a quality experience.
