About Spurr Construction
For over 58 years we have been providing high quality commercial general contracting services to the Valley and surrounding areas. There are so many general contractors in the Phoenix area that can build buildings. Finding a great one is the challenge. Our surprise-free process comes from years of serving congregants, elders, and pastors with cost-effective and quality construction. To date, we have built and renovated over 100 churches from small café renovations to 40,000sqft. multi-story new construction up to $4.8 million in value. We have decades of trust in the faith-based community. That trust has generated continual referrals, which has kept us busy for the past 5 decades. Whether we are involved from the beginning of planning, value engineering, budgeting on a negotiated basis or competitive bidding a project, we strive to provide high quality construction on time and within budget.
