Square One was founded in 2018 to transform traditional chiropractic care by bringing the focus back to building strong relationships with our community and delivering evidence based care for our patients. We are proud to be the first rehab-focused chiropractic clinic established in Singapore, and as such our care doesn’t just stop at symptomatic pain relief. We believe that movement is medicine and that an active lifestyle is the key to a full, functional, and happy life. Dr Jesse Cai BSc/BChiro (AU) Dr Jesse is an evidence-based Sport Chiropractor. Prior to moving to Singapore, he was the Head Sport Trainer at Forrestfield Football Club and had worked at various state and national level sporting clubs. He was also a board member of Sports Chiropractic Australia in 2017 and is a member of Sports Medicine Australia. Dr Jesse believes that movement is medicine and takes a rehabilitation approach to help patients achieve higher function and performance. Dr Jesse is certified in Dry Needling and is one of the first certified SMART Tools (FDA-approved) practitioners in Singapore and Australia. Outside of his professional life, Dr Jesse is an avid classical singer and paddler. You may find him outrigger canoeing around Sentosa on weekday mornings or dragon boating in Kallang on the weekends.
