About SRQ East Art Studios

We are building a fantastic community of artists east of the freeway in Sarasota, near Lakewood Ranch and Waterside. We have 14 total studios - some private and some shared - ranging from 8.5'x11' to 15'x11' and sizes in between. All SEAS artists have access to two large gallery areas to host workshops, classes, exhibits and more based on availability and we take no commission. SEAS artists get plenty of featured wall space outside their studios and in Gallery A, free WiFi, 24 hour access, security system, kitchenette, paid utilities and more. The private rooms get individual keys for their doors, window, an extra space outside their studios for storage and personal AC control. The studios are open by appointment only, during SEAS events, classes and workshops and during Second Saturdays Open Studios. SEAS artists are not required to work or hold certain studio hours.
