Telecom Italia Information Technology (TI.IT, prima chiamata SSC, Shared Service Center ) è la società del gruppo Telecom Italia specializzata in servizi e prodotti dell’ITC. Nata nel 2003 dalla fusione di Telecom e Pirelli(ex SSC), ha realizzato un presidio di competenze specialistiche e all’avanguardia per fornire soluzioni nell’ambito dei sistemi corporate. Attualmente assume una posizione centrale nel contesto dell’informatica del Gruppo Telecom Italia per quanto concerne le attività operative di sviluppo SW, di gestione ed esercizio delle infrastrutture, dei sistemi e delle applicazioni del Gruppo acquisendo capacità e competenze per offrire servizi in tutto l’ambito ICT. TI.IT offre processi produttivi e servizi secondo le best practice di mercato e gli standard di qualità internazionali. Ha ottenuto le certificazioni per il sistema di gestione dei servizi IT (ISO/IEC 20000), per il sistema qualità (ISO 9001:2008 estesa ai servizi di Workplace Management e Cloud Computing), nonché il riconoscimento del ML 2 e 3 del CMMI per il miglioramento continuo dei processi. TI.IT è inoltre la prima azienda in Italia e la prima nel mondo nel settore delle Telecomunicazioni, ad aver ottenuto il livello di eccellenza piu alto del SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE).
