Mr. Seward has extensive experience in the financial services industry, as well as, the corporate and institutional fields. He has been a pension consultant and corporate advisor and speaker at investor and plan sponsor meetings. He has also written several articles relating to these fields. Mr. Seward was a Branch Manager, Regional Director, and Head of Global Markets at Smith Barney. He was also one of the 11 Directors of the firm and served on the Management, Capital, and Compensation Committees, while having responsibility for over 200 Professionals. He founded Seward Corp, a corporate and pension consulting firm and Seward Securities, the first NYSE, self-clearing deep discount firm. He has spent much of his time working with corporations on Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been a leader in corporate governance and has vigorously applied these principles. Compliance issues, as well as risk management have been of main focus. As evidence of this diligence, neither he, SSI, Seward Corp or Seward Securities has been subject to any civil complaint or regulatory inquiry. Mr. Seward is a registered FINRA Chairperson and Arbitrator. Mr. Seward received a BA from DePauw University. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago, where he was an Honor Scholar.
