Our Mission: Enabling refugees and migrants to recognize their potential, encouraging self-motivation and independence through quality, client-centered programming. Our Vision: StARS strives to enhance the quality of life for refugees and vulnerable migrants in Cairo through education, and the provision of psychosocial and legal services. StARS aims to create a safe and inclusive environment regardless of nationality, ethnicity or religion. Our clients and students can come from anywhere in the world, but the majority are from the Horn of Africa and Iraq. We run education programs for adults and children, and provide legal and psychosocial services. In 2012 alone, we provided services to around three thousand vulnerable migrant and refugees. Please help us to continue to do so.
