St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Monastery of Eastern Ontario is a not-for-profit organization that aims to introduce the true image of the holy monastic life of the ancient fathers of the church. We are a growing community that lives in the light of the Bible and we want to make it available to everyone in the world regardless of his origin, denomination, belief, or practice. Our goals include: 1- Providing a nurturing environment for monks to deepen their spiritual connection through service and solitary contemplation. 2- Offering a peaceful sanctuary for individuals seeking spiritual retreats and meditation. 3- Engaging families and youth in educational and spiritual activities to foster a deeper understanding of the Coptic Orthodox faith. To achieve these goals, we are embarking on a new project to construct a building that will serve as a hub for our activities. This building will include a chapel, a modern kitchen, a spacious dining area, a library, and accommodation for monks, brothers, and priests. This new facility will allow us to expand our programs and better serve our community.
