ST Construct specialises in building quality Custom Homes in the Adelaide Metro area. ST Construct is a family business, consisting of Sam & Georgia Tucci, building new homes for families since 2012. ST Construct offers a ‘Design & Construct’ service or ‘Construct Only’ service. Via our Design & Construct service, ST Construct guides families through the planning stage of their future home. This includes creating Building Plans through our network of trusted Architects & Building Designers through our introduction, engaging all the key third parties (such as Engineers and Energy Assessors), all the way through to achieving Council Development Approval. Once approval has been achieved, ST Construct will then guide you through the process of making your selections, before construction can then commence. Alternatively, ST Construct also offer a Construct Only service. If you have already worked with your own Building Designer or Architect and you have all your necessary approvals in place, ST Construct is happy to build from these plans. At ST Construct, we understand that building your family home is one of the most significant investments a family will ever make. That’s why at ST Construct, we only work with a small number of families at any one time. This is to ensure that every home gets the time and full attention that it deserves, giving every family a stress-free experience and building confidence.
