Located along I-44 in the beautiful Ozark Highlands in the town of St. James, MO. St. James Winery is a fun place to visit for a day trip or that exercise stop on the long drive between here & there. Founded in 1970 by Pat & Jim Hofherr, St. James Winery has grown to become one of the largest producing wineries in Missouri.
