Established in 1998, St Maur is a family owned winery producing small batch, vineyard expressive wines and is located in the Southern Highlands, Australia’s newest cool climate appellation. Our philosophy is making luxury wine in harmony with the environment with 16 acres producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines farmed in a sustainable program of natural cultivation. In 2016, St Maur Wines launched the St Maur Wine Club and opened it door to an on-site enoteca for members to enjoy the longest of lunches where they join in a culinary experience of local Southern Highland food strategically matched to St Maur's backdated and current vintage wines.
