About Stable Moments

Stable Moments is a trauma-informed mentorship program designed to support children and youth who have experienced early developmental trauma, particularly those in foster care or who have been adopted. Stable Moments is available to schools, churches, and community organizations across the United States and internationally. It requires minimal resources and is powered by a single certified program director with a team of trained volunteer mentors. The certification course provides everything needed to launch and sustain a successful program, including training materials, data collection tools, marketing assets, and a community support network. This model exists to interrupt generational cycles of trauma by showing children they are worth showing up for. By investing in the development of life skills and nurturing secure relationships, Stable Moments equips children to transition into adulthood with confidence, belonging, and hope.
