Stace Roofing specialise in complex waterproofing situations and Facilities Maintenance. Using individual specialist teams, we operate mainly in the following trades: Liquid Applied Flat Roofing Tile & Slate Pitched Roofing Metal Sheet Roofing & Cladding Insulation & Ventilation Systems Rainwater Systems Commercial Solar Installations and Light Metal Structures Commercial Facility Repairs Investigation, Reporting and Specifications We have been using liquid polymers since 1999 and have perfected the application over 23 years of experience. We constantly test and research the huge range of products on the market to ascertain the best use for the different types of reinforced polyurethane, polyester and PMMA resins. Our building maintenance department can cover projects ranging from annual gutter clearance on factory and commercial units, up to full re-roofing works with the largest being 8000m2 Metal profiled sheet to date. As members of the Institute of Roofing and NFRC's Competent Person Scheme, we can offer a full sign-off on any part L related works, negating the need for Local Area Building Control to be required. All major projects are fully guaranteed and most jobs can be backed with an insurance warranty. Our staff are fully trained in their skill-base, current Health & Safety requirements, and we do not undertake any works that the 2 directors, Greg & Andrew cannot physically do themselves if things get tough!
