All candidates must be specifically matched to the job description and the client organizational culture and values. Moreover, recruiters/supervisors/managers follow a three-step interview process which ends with the "job realistic preview" where candidates are introduced to the client premises and local standard before their start date. As a part of Staff Pro's internal policy, all candidates are informed about general grooming standards, uniform code, training programs (including OSHA) and other relevant management details. Supervisors/Managers closely monitor employee's adaptation to the workplace and local standards especially during the training period.
