About Stainless Works

Stainless Works is an industry-leader in stainless steel performance headers and exhaust systems, along with a custom job shop specializing in engineered fabrications, a division we have named MetalFab. In addition to designing our wide range of after-market headers and exhausts, we manufacture them on-site, right here in the United States. We are constantly adding new products for a variety of new car and truck models as well as the classics. Our stainless steel products are made from only the finest materials, and are manufactured with exacting specifications by skilled American craftsmen. Stainless Works is a group of people working hard to expand our capabilities and quality through new technologies, which includes two CNC Trumpf Lasers, multiple Trumpf CNC Press Brakes, a CNC Robotic Cell and fixtures that are built to assure and verify repeatability of our TIG welded products. In addition, these in-house processes are available for any custom application you require, including special laser cutting and bending. While we are known for our complete header and exhaust systems, we also create a variety of custom stainless steel components, including Rod and Header Builder Kits, tubing, mandrel bends, mufflers, tips and standard header/ exhaust build components. In any case, we are available to develop solutions by making special bends, flanges, collectors, adapters, etc. to help you customize a system that will satisfy your needs.
