Stallcup & Associates CPAs simplify the things you’d rather not spend time on - accounting, bookkeeping, and taxes. If you are someone who wants an organized, swift, methodical consultant who allows you to be hands-off so you can spend your time on experiences rather than numbers and paperwork, our services are for you. We are an independent CPA firm located in the Mission district of San Francisco, founded in 2005 by Jason Stallcup. We have two departments, Accounting and Tax, with a lot of synergy between the two. Most of our accounting clients are tax clients who do not have enough need for an internal accountant but want their accounting records to be managed in an accurate and timely fashion. Our tax department can handle all the business and individual needs of our clients as well. Because our firm is small and personal, we work together very efficiently and we are able to be familiar with all of our clients. Additionally, our clients are able to maintain a consistent relationship with us. With our experience and GAAP knowledge, we can help our clients to use the financial statements for strategic decision making. We have experience converting our clients to and from Quickbooks online or desktop and to or from other accounting systems as well, such as Xero. Some of our clients come to us because they are an entire year behind. We get them caught up so their tax return can be prepared accurately and timely. Some clients come to us because they need to get their books reviewed and cleaned up because they are in discussions with investors or even buyers. Some of our clients need us to help with collections, invoicing, payroll processing, even recruiting for their accounting team. We enjoy being an essential part of our clients’ business doing whatever is needed to help them solve their financial issues so they can continue to grow and be successful.
