About Stand Among Friends

Stand Among Friends (SAF), is a nonprofit organization formed to promote opportunities for people with disabilities to live a life without limits and experience the highest degree of independence and success in their communities. Created a collaborative program with Florida Atlantic University to promote employment for graduating students and other adults with disabilities. Created the Disability Center at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Developed Employment Program for college graduates & Adults with disabilities. Created and aired regular television shows on disability, "Life Without Limits." Established an assistive technology computer lab to train and educate people with disabilities.
