Current projects under development include: --Ravella Memorial Villages, a $60 million, 318 unit midrise apartment project located at Blalock and the Katy Freeway near the Memorial Villages and Memorial City. --Ravella at Eastpoint, a $36 million, 283 unit apartment project located near Garth and I-10 in Baytown, Texas. --Ravella Town Center, a $54 million, 305 unit midrise apartment project located across from St. Johns Town Center, Northern Florida’s premier shopping center located in Jacksonville, Florida.
