Stanton Chase was founded because the execution of professional services at the large firms in our industry was suffering from a lack of purposeful, individual care. As leaders of companies start to understand the importance of meaningful connections—both with their employees as well as with their partners—the focus on helping candidates and clients form strong, personal relationships with each other became the core of what drives us. Our goal was to create an organization where a culture of friendship and trust would ultimately become a harbinger of good business. This fundamental belief and desire to collaborate with our teammates in an atmosphere of transparency and candor, while maintaining admiration and respect for one another, has been the real catalyst that has enabled us to grow from six offices to seventy-five offices since 1990.
