Offering support on both long-term strategic projects and day to day advice Rob is a qualified employment lawyer and former Global Head of HR at Investec Asset Management (Now Ninety One Asset Management) and Gartmore Group, both FTSE 250 companies. He has also held the role of People Director at Ark, an education charity. This unique combination enables him to provide a pragmatic, commercial perspective underpinned by deep technical expertise, addressing many of the multi-layered people challenges that organisations are facing today. As well as UK-based roles, Rob has extensive international experience in Europe, the US, Asia and Africa and is a seasoned operator at Executive, Remuneration Committee and Board level. He has a strong track record of delivery and execution, a proven ability to establish and develop effective relationships at all levels and has successfully transformed a number of global HR functions from reactive, administrative teams into proactive, commercial business partners.
