About Stanton Home
We do more than create homes and lives filled with love, community, and meaning for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Stanton Home is a place where each person on our team defines and shapes our community by bringing their own passions, skills, and personality. We are seeking energetic, positive, and empathetic leaders who are creative problem solvers and are looking to grow with us as we redefine “home” for adults with diverse abilities. Stanton Home has a team of 70+ dedicated professionals who partner with and provide support to over 20 adults with diverse needs. These adults live in 8 beautiful homes in Berkshire communities (MA & CT) and come together daily for a vibrant day program at Stanton Home Farm in Great Barrington, MA with activities including gardening, composting, music, yoga, horseback riding, hiking, weaving, culinary arts, and more.
