About Star Energia

Star Energia is a photovoltaic power plant design company, established in 2007, before the Conto Energia regulatory scenario, in order to build stand-alone photovoltaic power plants for the use of electricity in remote areas. The company achieves its purpose through the integration of all the needed processes to achieve the first grid parallel - which means the feeding of the first kwh of energy into the electrical grid: from the identification of the potential site, to the environmental and electrical design, as well as the permitting activity and finally the relationship with all the host territorial entities. The different professional skills in the company and the long trajectory of a specific know-how, allow the creation of tailor-made projects that adapt to regulatory, technological changes, being able to overcome, frequently, the resistance of the local host community. Photovoltaics, agrivoltaics, photovoltaics integrated with agriculture, stand alone storage systems, bi-directional storage systems are some of the design developments which have taken place in recent years.
