Started in 2002 as Copak Solutions, Inc., Star Snax was acquired by a small group of investors, led by the Star family in 2015. A leader of Co-Manufactured and Private Label Tortilla Chips, Masa Crackers and related products across all food distribution channels in North American and Internationally. Star Snax offers a wide array of flavorings that are on-target with consumer trends while ensuring we meet our customers’ expectations regarding food safety, traceability, and attainment of product quality specifications. A house brand, Mother’s Farms, is produced for smaller customers and distributors. Our products are produced to meet Federal, State, and Local regulations. We maintain and foster an environment of continuous improvement to enable us to invest in our employees, innovation, and deliver shareholder value. Star Snax is certified gluten-free, Kosher approved by CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council), and Organic certified. We are a BRC (British Retail Consortium) manufacturer, a level of third-party auditing that far exceeds the standards of other U.S. based third-party audit programs. Star Snax is comprised of a Management team of top-quality individuals, from some of the world's largest snack food manufacturers. The team has a diverse background in snack food manufacturing from design, production, quality, and service with over 150 years of combined experience in the food industry.
