Starfish Sushi has faced some exciting changes recently with new ownership. The new owner and Chef, John Lee, has a history of running successful Sushi Restaurants in the United States. Having learnt his craftmanship from the hearts of Tokyo, his first restaurant was Nikko Sushi in 1989, in the Nothern Suburbs of Chicago. After his success from his first restaurant, John has opended another restaurant in Batavia in the spring of 2004, named S.W.O.R.D.F.I.S.H., which was an expansion to a contemporary sushi and grill restaurant that delivers fine dining at its best. With these two success cases, John has opened his 3rd restaraunt in Linconlshire, where his success will continue and spread joy to all the Sushi lovers in the area. Starfish Sushi has an Ambience that will suit all kind of events from business meetings, familiy dinners, or just a fun night for drinks with friends. Drink menu includes tasty and aromatic cold and hot herbal teas, smooth American and Japanese beers, rich red and white wines, and signature martinis which are great complements with our sushi and entrees. For starters, there are great taste portion appetizers that you can try while chatting and waiting for the main course.Our main menu features a wide selection of the freshest sushi and an assortment of flavorful specialty rolls. If you’re intimidated by raw fish, have no fear because we have exquisite kitchen entree s and cooked items in our specialty rolls. If the beautiful presentation doesn’t catch your eye, we’ll let our fish, which are specially ordered from overseas, catch the attention of your taste buds.If you can’t come in to dine with us, we also cater to special events and parties.
