About Starick

Starick is an independent, not for profit organisation with charitable status based in Perth's south-eastern metropolitan region and working to end family and domestic violence. Starick had its beginnings in 1985 when our first refuge was established. We assist women, young people and children who are victim survivors of family and domestic violence through our crisis support and recovery services. We also work to prevent violence through providing respectful relationships programs in schools and sport and recreation organisations. Starick's vision is to build futures free from violence, for the women and children who use our service and the community as a whole. Starick employs a team of dedicated staff who advocate to end family and domestic violence and support, advocate and provide resources for women children and young people who are victim survivors. Ways to get involved with Starick: Become a Volunteer - You can give something back to the community or make a difference to the people around you every day. Donate: You have the power to become a part of something bigger than you and feel the satisfaction of giving. Every donation helps provide services to those in women and children in need.
