Richard Moroney has started a new business! He focuses on driving and releasing technology, primarily in the life sciences sector and has extensive consulting experience in developing medical and consumer devices, targeting products for business growth, and debugging measurement and quality systems to ensure great decision making (Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional). With Stat Consulting LLC, Richard will focus on helping clients work with and improve the numbers that are critical to the quality of their business performance. Cultivates a sense of urgency towards prioritized outcomes. * New Product Development – Organizes the needs of all stakeholders, then identifies the right product and manufacturing technology for effective implementation and compliance within business constraints. * Design of Experiments – Defines critical success factors and appropriate measurement metrics for outputs and prioritizes areas of study. Graphically illuminates complex data sets, enabling open discussion of facts within and between different groups. * Technical Due Diligence – Clarifies technical and business value of inventions and opportunities. Surveys patent landscape to identify areas of weakness or opportunity. Develops processes and procedures to work within compliance or other barriers. * Facilitation, Coaching, and Training – Supports teams as an expert facilitator, team leader, line manager, and coach helping everyone perform better together and deliver the agreed deliverables.
