State Street Associates (SSA) is a government and public affairs firm established in 1999 as an outgrowth of the Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ). At that time, a need was identified to provide legislative and regulatory services to companies and business groups outside the Council’s direct membership. Today, State Street operates independently of CCNJ to support client interests in Trenton and around the State of New Jersey. Since its formation, SSA has quickly developed an impressive client list. They range from large Fortune 500 companies to medium and small businesses looking to navigate the nuances of government. Current and past clients have included food conglomerates, pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, educational institutions, real estate developers, flavors and fragrance companies, golf course management and others.
