About Statera Talent

Statera Talent is a specialist Risk & Compliance, Quantitative Finance and ESG Recruitment Agency with over 2 decades of experience between its owners, Ryan Norquoy and Lewis Clarke. This is the third time that we have worked together since 2015. We bring forward a shared understanding of what is important in delivering to clients and candidates. Since going live to market in 2020, Statera Talent has built a proven track record of filling roles in Ryan’s traditional Risk and Compliance markets, as well as the growing ESG space. After 2023, the scope broadened into Quantitative roles to tie into Lewis’ developed network. In the near 4 years since we went live to market there have been some clear highlights: • Completed 10 strategic hires for a growing Fintech’s Compliance team build out since 2022 • Placed 13 roles in an ESG information services business for their new product line in 2021/22. • Multiple roles filled in Credit Risk across Europe in Rating Agencies, Banks and Lenders • Raised over £10,000 for charity through Statera’s candidate placement initiative.
