At our accommodations every single guest is treated differently and a personal relationship is established, so that when guest leave, they leave as friends and are looking forward to returning. We believe that technology will play a decisive factor in hospitality in the years to come, however it should never overtake the one aspect hospitality is based on, personal relationships between hosts and guests. dCatering Einstein once said: "Nothing will benefit health or increase chances of survival on earth as the evolution to a vegetarian diet." and who better to listen to than one of the greatest minds of the 20th century? Our culinary team, lead by young innovative head chef Eva Veber, who believes the basic of every good dish is preparing every ingredient in our kitchen, are experts in Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine. As we believe the basic of every good business is integrity, good communication and working well as a team, our catering chef team regularly works in close relation with our waitering team, so that unparalleled synchronisation between both is achieved at every event.
