Our midstream, marketing and trading activities are managed from our office in Stamford, Connecticut. We additionally staff offices in Anchorage, Alaska; Austin, Texas; Washington, D.C; and Williston, North Dakota, as well as in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada and Mexico City, Mexico. We also own and operate the South Riding Point oil terminal in the Bahamas. We are active in some of the most exciting energy resource areas of North America with a focus on deep-water exploration and production, shale and tight rock hydrocarbons and heavy oil. We owns interests in four producing offshore fields in the U.S. and two producing fields offshore Canada. We are one of the largest leaseholders in the deep-water areas of the Gulf of Mexico and off Canada's east coast, and we possess a substantial portfolio of exploration acreage as both operator and partner. We also have exploration licenses in the Chukchi Sea in Alaska.
