Staunch Manufacturing, most commonly known as Staunch, is the first and only established professional Cricket bat manufacturing plant in Sri Lanka. Staunch currently produces Grade A, B & C English Willow and Grade A Kashmir Willow Cricket bats at the highest quality. The willow is sourced directly from trees in England & Kashmir. Staunch is planning on venturing into other cricketing goods and goods for other sports such as rugby, football, and water sports, to become the first Sri Lankan Global sporting brand. The aim of Staunch is to increase employment in Sri Lanka while contributing to the economy, and also becoming a new force in the sporting market by competing with other leading sports brands. Staunch offer high quality products at affordable prices for the common Sri Lankan. Staunch Manufacturing takes Women empowerment and the Environmental issues very seriously. It is our mission to have an energy efficient and waste reduction systems in place. While we will proudly keep maintaining our record of high employment of women without any gender discrimination nor any issues of gender pay gap. Staunch hopes one day that no individual gets a lower wage and gets treated differently simply because of their gender, not only in Sri Lanka but around the world.
