Our company is composed of geologists, environmental scientists and other environmental specialists who routinely manage projects involving hazardous materials, water, soil, and indoor air testing. These projects are conducted in accordance with the guidelines and regulations adopted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS), and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Our projects are typically associated with the purchase or management of real estate. These projects commonly involve Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I, II & III), underground storage tank management (UST), historical chemical spills, asbestos, mold, indoor air quality, and lead based paint testing. Once identified, remediation might be initiated and completed. We successfully brought thousands of projects to final completion with commitment to our client’s interest and needs. We are small enough to maintain the personal approach to our clients, but big enough to offer them the best solutions to their environmental problems in a professional and cost-effective manner.
