About Steel Mill Fleming Island

Our job is to use our coach led classes and nutritional coaching to help the local community and rid the area of health born illness. We use expert coaching to allow anyone at any level, age, disability, or social status to work in a safe environment that encourages growth. Our nutritional plans have helped hundreds of people lose countless pounds and body fat. The plans are sustainable and long lasting, and we educate our community so people remain healthy for life. We want to create a network of individuals with the same mindset and goals as our company. We want to educate the public and help eradicate the obesity epidemic in our society. We want to make our place acceptable for all types, shapes, colors, backgrounds, and social statuses to not only get into a healthier lifestyle but help other do so as well. Our goal is bigger than any one person or company. It is a goal that will take may hands working together to create a movement. This movement is pure of heart and full of good intentions. This is how we will transform our local community around us, and in doing so our message will permeate outwards to become a statewide and nationwide call to action.
