SteelCore Builders, Inc. is a Sausalito based Structural Concrete and Framing Construction Company servicing property owners, general contractors, and developers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area since 1987. With 37 years of experience in multitudes of projects, we offer a complete range of services including excavation, pier drilling, shoring, concrete construction, drainage systems, waterproofing membrane installation, and the relocation of load bearing framing members. These specialties have often proved particularly valuable in underground concrete construction projects and strengthening projects that utilize our full range of expertise. Our highly skilled technicians have many years of history with our company. They are well integrated with each other and our management team forming the SteelCore family. Under the supervision of Peter Ghodsian who holds an MS degree from UC Berkeley in construction engineering and management, a tradition of commitment to the fundamentals of proper engineering practices has become the expected standard of practice and the hallmark of the SteelCore Builders culture.
